GlobalMac can establish a secure remote screen sharing session that is completely controlled by you. While we are connected to your computer, you are able to see everything that is happening on your computer, always have full ability to control your mouse and keyboard and can disconnect us at anytime.

Although working remotely is foreign and new to some of our clients, all have found that it is just as good as being there in person, if anything, it can be even more effective. Another plus is that we only bill in 6 minute increments, which allows you to get the support you need, when you need it.
