The post was fine, but would you really schedule/charge 3 hours for three such basic tasks? Doesn’t seem like a sell point if you have potential or existing clients viewing your website.

Hi Joan, glad this helped. I always recommend my clients to focus on the easy things and work your way up. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when learning a program like Daylite. There is SOO much it can do, but you need to focus on learning one thing at a time.
Some of the simple things are often right under your nose, and most of things you’ll want to do can be done, the trick is figuring out how. Often my client will say “I am frustrated because Daylite can’t do this…” I respond by saying, “So what you are saying, is “How can I do this in Daylite.” 90% of the time what they want to do Daylite can do, it is a very mature product with endless possibility. Thank you for this post. I am doing the 30 day trial of Daylite (in day 3) and couldn’t sleep – wondering if it really was as good as my old stand by (which I have been using for umpteen years). I couldn’t figure out how to do any sorting. So – thank you again.

If you can be a bit more specific, I can try to help. I live and breathe in LogMeIn and have not had any issue with it, asides from the original black screen, that I was able to resolve. What version are you connecting form/to? have you ensured both sides have the latest LMI update installed?

Cannot get LogMeIn to work with Lion for s***. Called LMI support. Of course, they swear it’s my fault and offer NO help. Helpless desk.

Just to be clear, even though I jumped the gun, I am urging all my business clients to hold off until 10.7.1 is released or until I am confident that everything they need on a day to day basis is compatible. If you like, Rick, I could do a run through of your system and see how the compatibility is. You should read my other post from a week ago on this topic as well.
