Read more...While searching for the perfect analogy to describe Daylite, I kept coming back to a Swiss army knife – one I received as a kid; a top-of-the-line model that featured multiple blades, a corkscrew, bottle opener, woodsaw, sewing reamer, multiple screwdrivers and yes, everyone’s favorite – the ubiquitous nail file. While the blades, scissors and bottle opener received constant use, the poor sewing reamer was never once extracted. In essence Daylite IS that top-of-the-line Swiss Army knife; one for unequalled business productivity.

Read more...Sure, you have set up appointments and tasks in Daylite – we all have. But what you may not know is that there is an easy to access function built into Daylite that allows users to set up multiple reminders per activity. This blog post will show you how to do just that. Notifications can be setup individually, per each task or appointment, OR they can be setup as defaults, so that everytime you setup a reminder, it will automatically apply our desired notifications. NOTE: This walk-thru applies to setting up your default reminders, since most people have preferences for when and how they wish to be notified.
