The work-saving, time-saving and productivity benefits of having Tom Lambotte handle our maintenance remotely is analogous to the benefits of the computer itself. Within minutes, Tom is there — on my screen, opening files, saving documents, downloading updates and troubleshooting a host of issues that, frankly, I don’t have the time, talent nor inclination to handle.
In my editorial business, having Tom available on a remote basis is like the race car driver coming in for a pit stop. I’m still in the race and have a chance to take the lead.
