We met Tom at the Cleveland Mac Users Meetup group. We asked if he could come to our house to help optimize our family’s macs. Little did we realize what a valuable resource Tom was.
Tom spent a few hours organizing our music, photos, and videos on an external hard drive, as well as optimizing our macs through various cleanup and networking tricks.
The great thing about Tom is not only his ability to work very fast on macs, but to explain what he is doing in a very simple, intuitive manner. He was worth every penny, and we strongly recommend him. He has made our macs sing!!!
