Tom came into my home office and helped my update my 4 year old computer system and move into a more streamline set up. I had all my info on my desktop eMac as well as on my laptop MacBook … the two not being synced which made everything confusing not to mention the double work . Tom came in and transfered all my files, photos, programs, etc. onto the lap top and then shopped for a a new monitor and backup system to fill in and complete my new set up…he did this in only two visits to my home. My big clunky desktop computer is gone and I love the new set up, not to mention all the extra room I have on my desk.
More importantly, Tom made it easy to understand what he was doing and why. He took the time to listen to what I was wanting and my computer needs, he then explained everything he was doing and answered my questions in a way that I could understand (I’m not computer savvy ). Tom is really patient and knows Mac inside and out…he even showed me some cool things on the hand me down iPhone my son gave me.
I highly recommend Tom for any requirements concerning Apple and know he’s the first person I’ll call when I have a Mac issue or question.
