I was a PC user for forever and recently switched to a Mac and was daunted by it. I actually likened it to learning Portuguese, having had no clue on how to make this work for me, to the point where I actually put my Mac on Craig’s List less than a month after I bought it, because I felt it was just a lost cause. Believe it or not I Googled for help in a last desperate attempt to make this work and there was Tom! I contacted him, we had one very long first meeting with live video (amazing) and worked out a few of my biggest problems. When I began to see what this system could do I was truly amazed! I am still in my infancy on learning the in’s and out’s but knowing that Tom is there to help me to become more productive than even I ever dreamed with my Mac. I am beyond grateful for having him help me see the light and not give up on this incredibly intuitive system.
